By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. What We Are — and What We Are Not
YourChatSupport is an independent referral and connection service. We connect users with independent third-party professionals and service providers by phone or chat. We are not a law firm, medical practice, veterinary clinic, repair shop, or government agency, and we do not ourselves provide legal, medical, financial, tax, veterinary, or repair advice.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any brand, manufacturer, or company that a user may mention or ask about. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the subject of a user's question.
2. No Professional Relationship
Using the Site or communicating with a connected professional does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, or other protected professional relationship with us. Information provided through the Services is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a licensed professional you retain directly. 3. Third-Party Professionals
Professionals and service providers reached through the Site are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the advice, services, conduct, availability, or fees of any third-party professional. Any engagement you enter into with a professional is solely between you and that professional. Any professional fees or call rates will be disclosed to you before you are charged.
4. Calls, Recording & Consent
By calling a number displayed on the Site or submitting your phone number through a chat form, you consent to being connected with a third-party professional or partner, and you acknowledge that calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance purposes. Standard carrier rates may apply. Submitting your number through our forms constitutes your request to be contacted about your inquiry; it is not a condition of any purchase.
5. Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to submit false information, to harass connection agents or professionals, or to interfere with the operation of the Site.
- You agree not to scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ANY PROFESSIONAL WILL BE AVAILABLE, THAT ANY ANSWER WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR SITUATION, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOURCHATSUPPORT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY ADVICE OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY PROFESSIONAL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YourChatSupport from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with any third-party professional.

The Site's content, design, and branding are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written consent.
11. Changes; Governing Law
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page; continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
